SHIPPING AND SET UP

Mirror The Image shall deliver and set up the booth on the day of the event. This is usually 2 hours prior to the commencement time of the event unless specified differently in the contract.

The client shall be responsible for selecting the appropriate location for the booth to be set up at the event.

REFUND POLICY

- Date Changes and Cancellations. Any date change or cancellation must be

provided at least 14 days before the event. Cancellation by the client

for any reason after such date shall result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Mirror The Image shall try to accommodate any date change requests, but no assurance can be given that the booth will be available on the desired different date

- Additional Provisions. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the event is located. The parties agree that any disagreement hereunder shall be resolved by binding arbitration. Though not anticipated, in the event the booth, printer, or related equipment fails to work for more than 25% of the event time, the Company shall refund Client 25% of the base rental fee paid by the Client.
